Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Friends Cleaning Melbourne, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of our cleaning services, including end of lease cleaning, regular cleaning, carpet cleaning, and other related services.

Services Provided

Friends Cleaning Melbourne provides professional cleaning services including:

  • End of lease cleaning (bond cleaning)
  • Regular residential cleaning
  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning
  • Oven and appliance cleaning
  • Window cleaning
  • Deep cleaning services

All services are performed by trained and insured professionals using industry-standard equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products where possible.

Booking and Payment Terms

Booking

  • All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Confirmation of booking will be provided via email or phone
  • Changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service

Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
  • We accept cash and bank transfer
  • A deposit may be required for large commercial jobs
  • Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before scheduled service: No charge
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours: 50% of service fee may apply
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full service fee applies
  • Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no charge

Service Guarantee

We guarantee our end of lease cleaning services. If your property manager or landlord is not satisfied with our cleaning, we will return to re-clean the property at no additional charge within 72 hours of the initial service.

Limitations

  • Guarantee applies only to areas and items specified in the original quote
  • Pre-existing damage or stains may not be fully removable
  • We are not responsible for damage to items not disclosed during initial inspection
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided

Property Access and Safety

  • Client must provide safe and secure access to the property
  • All utilities (water, electricity, gas) must be connected and functional
  • Client must remove all personal belongings before cleaning
  • Any safety hazards must be disclosed before service commencement
  • We reserve the right to stop work if unsafe conditions are present

Insurance and Liability

Friends Cleaning Melbourne is fully insured with public liability and workers' compensation insurance. However, our liability is limited to:

  • Damage caused directly by our negligence
  • Maximum liability not exceeding the value of services provided
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Friends Cleaning Melbourne and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
